Senior Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d)

As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you lead the engineering activities for a production area and act as the technical liaison for production. You drive sustainment and improvement of current lines, ensuring process quality and adherence to Stryker procedures. You collaborate cross-functionally on validations, process qualifications, and transfers, shaping efficient, compliant manufacturing. • Set technical objectives for engineering tasks and guide their direction
• Technically lead production/engineering processes to ensure product quality
• Monitor progress and enforce engineering principles and procedures
• Analyze equipment, run experiments, and interpret results
• Lead creation and execution of Validation, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, PPAP, and related qualifications
• Provide engineering support for transfers/insourcing, ensuring compliance with procedures
• Lead continuous improvement efforts with a cross-functional team

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• 4+ years in production/manufacturing within a highly regulated industry
• Knowledge of process/product validation, statistical methods, and process mapping
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Excellent English and German language skills
