Senior MLOps Engineer (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the ML serving API and harden it for low-latency production traffic.
• Build repeatable deployment pipelines with versioning, rollback, and infrastructure as code.
• Stand up monitoring dashboards for latency, error rates, drift, and cost.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software/ML engineering with 4-5+ years running ML in production.
• Strong Python skills and experience with CI/CD, Terraform, and AWS.
• Production incident handling and reliability engineering mindset.
• 20 days of PTO and national holidays.
• Stock options, home office budget, and work trip budget.
• Twice yearly off-sites and full remote flexibility.
