Senior .Net Software Developer

In this role you will lead the design and evolution of complex .NET systems, shaping scalable, secure applications and RESTful services. You will operate with high autonomy, guiding architectural direction and mentoring developers to raise technical standards. You’ll partner with Product, QA and DevOps to translate requirements into robust, performant solutions and enable CI/CD and containerized deployments. You will help ensure performance, security and operational stability while driving architectural improvements. This is a mission-critical role at Vistex, contributing to scalable platforms that translate incentives into measurable business impact.

• lead technical analysis and architectural decisions for scalable .NET applications and RESTful services
• own the full lifecycle of delivered solutions with focus on performance and reliability
• improve system architecture, coding standards, and engineering practices
• resolve complex technical issues across components and services
• coach mid-level and junior developers through feedback and code reviews
• conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions to grow team capabilities
• collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps to implement robust solutions and support CI/CD and containerization
• contribute to technical strategy and solution brainstorming
• ensure application performance, security, and operational stability

• 6 years experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
• proven design and build of RESTful APIs and backend services
• solid understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID, OOP and DDD
• hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• strong experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL optimization
• microservices experience and Docker-based deployments
• cloud knowledge with Azure and/or AWS
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• strong analytical and technical communication skills
