Senior Network Architect - Network Solutioning & Design - Stockholm, Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt

As Senior Network Architect, you own end-to-end enterprise network design across campus, WAN, data center, cloud, and security-edge domains. You translate business and security needs into resilient, scalable architectures and act as the technical authority on reference designs and technology selection. You’ll collaborate with delivery, security, cloud, customers, and OEM partners, while increasingly applying AI/AIOps to optimize networks. This role blends solution design, pre-sales support, governance, and mentoring to drive transformational network programs.

• Own end-to-end architecture and design for enterprise network programs spanning campus, WAN, data center, cloud, and security-edge domains
• Produce High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), reference architectures, and design standards including topology diagrams and BOMs
• Lead technology evaluations, PoCs, and vendor selection against functional, commercial, operational, and security criteria
• Support pre-sales and solutioning activities, respond to RFPs/RFIs, size and present designs to customers and executives
• Define transformation strategies for legacy-to-software-defined transitions (e.g., traditional WAN to SD-WAN/SASE, DC fabric)
• Embed security-by-design including micro-segmentation, Zero Trust, and secure edge integration
• Drive network automation and IaC adoption across designs (templating, ZTP, CI/CD for network config)
• Establish design governance with architecture review boards, design patterns, and documentation standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and junior architects; serve as design escalation point
• Partner with cloud, security, applications, and infrastructure teams to align with enterprise roadmaps

• Experience in network architecture/design/solutioning for large, multi-vendor, multi-domain networks
• Track record of delivering end-to-end network transformation projects (SD-WAN, SASE, DC fabric)
• Hands-on experience in IT/OT converged environments (industrial/critical networks) preferred, strong in complex design and mentoring
• Strong knowledge across SD-WAN, SASE, Cloud networking, and data center fabric technologies
• Expertise in routing/switching, security-by-design, and IaC practices
