Overview

In this role you drive region-specific planning and roll-out of global retail concepts across store categories and channels. You apply design excellence and CAD skills to deliver refined layouts that realize the HUGO BOSS brand experience worldwide. You’ll transfer knowledge to interfaces such as Shop Construction Teams and lead the setup of processes for fast, change-enabled project delivery. You’ll train external design agencies and regional teams, ensuring high-quality execution through proactive reviews. This is a global, cross-functional role that shapes flagship concepts and regional implementations.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Plan region-specific projects and support successful roll-out of concept design across store categories & channels
Develop understanding of all shop concepts and layout planning standards; transfer know-how to interfaces in the region
Set up tools and processes to enable streamlined, fast-tracked change processes
Provide service- and solution-oriented support to defined interfaces
Conduct regular trainings and performance reviews of external design agencies and regional interfaces
Lead project reviews with market teams early in planning to ensure performance and high-quality execution
Create CAD Space Allocation layouts for project approval based on guidelines and regional requirements
Approve Final CI per project based on layout and rendering for regional execution
Drive design and layout planning of flagship and pilot projects in collaboration with concept leads and regional managers
