Senior Presales Consultant (all genders)

In this role you guide customers through integration and digital transformation initiatives, shaping future-proof architectures and value-driven solutions. You collaborate with Sales, Architects, and Delivery teams on global opportunities, from discovery workshops to PoCs and tender responses. You articulate complex tech in business terms and help drive strategic decisions that advance SEEBURGER’s integration platform. You will influence product direction through customer and market insights.

• Qualify strategic opportunities with Sales and run discovery workshops with international clients
• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop initial solution concepts
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on target architectures for a global integration platform
• Design solution architectures and integration concepts; evaluate technical requirements and define integration strategy
• Present solutions to CIOs and IT leaders; conduct product demonstrations and PoCs with customers
• Contribute to tenders and bidding processes; prepare responses to RFIs/RFPs and support proposal development
• Position the most suitable solution for customers and help shape SEEBURGER’s future offerings through customer feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product Management, Cloud Services, and Delivery
• Gain market insights through direct customer engagement to inform product evolution and strategic directions

• Gained experience in Presales, Consulting, Solution Architecture, or complex IT projects
• Ability to analyze and structure complex requirements into compelling solution approaches
• Experience in integration technologies; expertise in at least two areas: B2B/EDI, API Management, MFT, Cloud/iPaaS, SAP Integration, e-Invoicing
• Fluent in German and English
• Curious and eager to learn new technologies and ideas
• Willingness to engage with customers, deliver workshops, presentations, and demos
• Ability to translate complex technical topics for business stakeholders and architects/decision-makers
