Senior / Principal Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will guide hiring managers and candidates through the full lifecycle for technical, customer-facing roles. You’ll bring strategic talent insights to influence hiring decisions and help shape Celonis’ talent strategy. You’ll leverage real-time ATS data and market intel to advise on search approaches and hiring plans. This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling, international TA function, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver top talent that fuels our growth.

• Partner with regional hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic recruitment support
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation & Benefits, and stakeholders to align recruitment with company goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Services, PreSales and Value Engineering
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication
• Coordinate with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews and support candidates and managers
• Provide market insights on trends, competitors, and conditions to aid decision-making
• Track recruitment metrics and report on activities, challenges, and successes
• Leverage ATS and sourcing tools to drive efficiency and excellence

• Background recruiting technical customer-facing roles
• Exceptional communication skills
• End-to-end recruitment experience (Sourcing to Offer Management)
• In-house, agency, or RPO experience in Product, Technology or IT Services
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities
