Talent Acquisition Partner – Relationship Management, Sales, Risk, Investment

• Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers across Relationship Management/Sales, Risk, and Investment business lines
• Provide market insights, recruiting expertise, and innovative talent solutions
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer consultation, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers, senior leadership, HRBPs, and Centers of Excellence to develop talent acquisition strategies and pipelines
• Leverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and industry trends to improve recruiting effectiveness and hiring outcomes
• Strengthen the employer brand through sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, digital platforms, and candidate engagement
• Coordinate interviews, interview events, and stakeholder communications
• Prepare hiring teams to assess talent and support informed hiring decisions
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and potential and provide recommendations
• Use sourcing tools, networking strategies, and talent market research to engage active and passive candidates
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with established processes
• Share knowledge and best practices with junior recruiters and contribute to the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in talent acquisition directly aligned to the role’s responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to consult with hiring managers and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
