(Senior) Privileged Access Management (PAM) Support Engineer (m/f/d) – CyberArk

In this role you support Managed Services for Privileged Access Management by administering CyberArk components and ensuring secure, compliant operations. You will resolve incidents, manage onboarding of privileged accounts, and collaborate with IT and security teams on integrations. You’ll help with patches, upgrades, and new implementations while keeping documentation and audit readiness up to date. This position offers a hands-on, customer-focused role across multiple German locations or remote work.

• Administer, operate, and troubleshoot CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM)
• Manage privileged accounts, platforms, and onboarding processes
• Handle incidents, service requests, and perform root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and third-party teams on integrations
• Support patching, upgrades, and new CyberArk implementations
• Ensure security compliance, audit readiness, and maintain technical documentation

• Several years of hands-on CyberArk experience with PVWA, CPM, and PSM
• Experience in Windows and Linux environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and log analysis skills
• Background in IT operations; ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Independent and proactive working style with strong service and customer focus
• German at C1 level is mandatory; English skills are an advantage
