Identity and Access Management Support Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you support global IAM deployments as part of a client-facing service team. You will help configure and troubleshoot IAM solutions, advise on data interfaces, and enable Secure Single Sign-On across cloud apps. You’ll work hybrid or remotely from Germany, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable access control for enterprise environments. This is a hands-on, security-focused position with impact on client onboarding and ongoing access governance.

• Administer IAM solutions for globally active clients as part of a service team
• Advise clients on central data interfaces within IAM
• Configure cloud applications for Federated SSO with providers (Amazon, Facebook, Google, Microsoft Azure)
• Ticket-based troubleshooting and problem analysis
• Implement service requests and standard changes

• Completed university degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Interest in centralized user data and access management in enterprise IT
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer orientation
• Solid knowledge of databases and directory services
• Strong awareness of IT security and data protection
• Ideally experience with web technologies and protocols
• Proficiency in German and English
