Identity & Access Management Specialist (f/m/d)

As Identity & Access Governance Specialist you govern and enhance Deutsche Börse Group's authorization concept and role management framework. You serve as Business Owner for the Nexis platform, aligning business roles and governance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You act as a key interface between business units, technology teams, auditors and external service providers to implement and monitor access governance controls. You drive automation and AI-enabled improvements to the Identity Governance and Administration landscape. You contribute to strategic IAM initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

• Act as Business Owner for the Nexis authorization concept management platform and govern its alignment with business and regulatory needs
• Define, maintain, and enhance enterprise-wide authorization concepts and business roles management processes
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance controls through effective monitoring and audit readiness
• Collaborate with business units, application owners, and infrastructure teams to design and maintain authorization concepts and access controls
• Drive continuous optimization of the Nexis platform, including automation, UX improvements, and AI-enabled capabilities
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits; manage remediation of findings
• Serve as trusted advisor on Identity Governance topics and communicate requirements and risks to stakeholders
• Maintain governance documentation, procedures, controls, and related written rules
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within Identity Governance and Administration
• Contribute to IAM projects and assume project workstreams or management activities when required

• 6+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, and authorization concept management
• Experience designing, implementing, and governing RBAC, Segregation of Duties, access governance controls, and enterprise concepts
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Nexis, Omada, Saviynt or comparable platforms
• Strong understanding of access governance principles, RBAC, SoD, policy enforcement, and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with internal and external auditors, including audits, control assessments, and remediation
• Understanding of Configuration Management Systems and enterprise infrastructure relationships
• Proven ability to create and maintain governance documentation and audit-relevant process documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present and influence across technical and business functions
• Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence technologies to enhance processes
• Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English
