Senior Product Management Advisor – Enterprise Platforms

• Drive Transformation & Process Design: Lead end-to-end business analysis across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and Sales Product management with ongoing support to the enterprise
• Redesign workflows by identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities
• Develop clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to strategic goals
• Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Build data models, business rules, and reporting frameworks to inform decision‑making
• Ensure data quality and integrity across systems
• Enable Technology & AI Solutions: Partner with engineering and AI teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Support the design of automation, AI‑enabled use cases, and decision‑support tools
• Contribute to testing efforts including UAT, validation, and defect resolution
• Collaborate & Influence: Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and outcomes
• Communicate progress, risks, and insights to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years in product manager, business analysis, data analysis, or process transformation within large organizations
• Experience supporting enterprise programs involving system modernization, workflow redesign, or automation
• Strong background in financial workflows and cross‑functional collaboration
• Experience working with global teams or enterprise‑scale transformations
• Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced analytics initiatives
• Experience in enterprise transformation and financial workflows
• Expertise in process mapping, requirements development, and workflow design
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
