Senior Product Manager - User Platform (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of User Platform products spanning account lifecycle management, IAM analytics, and device and client intelligence.
• Partner closely with engineering managers, staff engineers, data scientists, and design teams to shape product direction and deliver long-term platform value.
• Collaborate across missions, studios, and product areas to ensure Spotify's identity and user data platform evolves to meet business and customer needs.

Qualifications

• You have significant product management experience building platform products, identity systems, or large-scale consumer technology.
• You care deeply about creating trusted user experiences where security, privacy, safety, and usability work together.
• You use data to inform judgement and make thoughtful product decisions while balancing qualitative insight with quantitative evidence.

Location and Flexibility

• This role is based in London or Stockholm.
• We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best with some in-person meetings.
• We may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process.
