Responsibilities

You are responsible for product strategy and development across the entire product lifecycle and will drive the product into our next growth phase
You will work closely with Sales, Support, Integration teams and external partners, and align key decisions directly with executive management
You will structure requirements from Sales, Support, Integration teams and external partners, challenge them, and convert them into a prioritized, robust roadmap that supports our continued growth
In parallel, you will purposefully evolve existing product processes and make them scalable, especially in the areas of requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmapping and release communication
You will mentor and develop Product Owners and teams professionally and sharpen existing structures rather than rebuilding them from scratch
The goal is a setup that withstands growth and does not need to be adjusted with every new phase
In terms of content, you will work on the further development of our agent-based product platform and drive the introduction of new agents, quality assurance and rollouts in a structured way
In addition, you will take the SaaS business to the next level of maturity, particularly on topics such as pricing, billing, customer onboarding and the underlying operational processes
You will work data-driven, define relevant metrics, validate hypotheses and make transparent decisions, even when that requires a clear “no”
You roll up your sleeves and step in to get things done when something isn’t working, rather than simply delegating

Requirements

You bring several years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B environment, ideally from a clear scaling phase, and have previously contributed directly to building AI products
You have owned products across the entire lifecycle, from discovery to iteration, and understand the requirements for structured, resilient product work
You have established and evolved product processes and designed them to work under increasing complexity
At the same time, you have experience in leading and developing product and engineering teams professionally, ideally in a distributed and international setup
You understand how AI-based systems are structured, especially orchestrated and modular approaches such as agent systems, and you have a clear sense for interaction, quality assurance and the targeted use of human-in-the-loop
AI tools are an integral part of your daily work and you actively use them to improve product work and development
You communicate confidently with executives, managers and technical teams and are business-fluent in German and English
