Senior Product Owner – Digital Channels

Responsibilities

• Responsible for translating business needs into clearly defined product requirements
• Partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering
• Gathers, documents, and refines product requirements
• Leads discovery efforts by interviewing stakeholders
• Synthesizes feedback, and translates insights into structured epics, features, and user stories
• Owns the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and actionable
• Includes light project coordination responsibilities to support delivery execution
• Validates delivery against requirements and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 10–15 years of experience in product ownership or digital product roles
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Strong background in requirements gathering and backlog management
• Strong requirements documentation discipline
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions
• Ability to write clear, testable user stories
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Understanding of digital channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic)
