Senior Program Manager, Retail Brand Expression

Responsibilities

• Drive cross‑functional alignment and lead the execution of high‑impact integrated marketing campaigns.
• Orchestrate complex, multi‑region initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity across internal teams, external agencies, and global partners.
• Responsible for program planning, workflow management, budget and invoice oversight, cross‑functional communication, and scalable program management systems.
• Champion process improvements to strengthen operational excellence and elevate the team’s ability to deliver cohesive, premium retail brand experiences.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field; Master’s Degree / MBA a plus.
• Bring 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, agency account management, or production.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and perform well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Asana.
