Senior Project Engineer

In this Senior Project Engineer role, you’ll support Project Managers and Directors by applying prime contract knowledge to project activities and coordinating cross-functional teams. You’ll help develop scopes, manage communications, and oversee preconstruction, construction, and closeout plans to keep projects on track. You’ll review design content, shop drawings, and submittals to ensure constructability and compliance within budget and schedule. This position combines field supervision with back-office coordination on pharmaceutical and life sciences projects, offering impact across delivery stages and client engagement.

• Develop and apply prime contract requirements to project activities
• Coordinate approvals from Project Director and relay to project team
• Develop and maintain scopes of work and communicate them to the team
• Facilitate communication between project participants and document communications
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales/marketing documents
• Develop and maintain preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans
• Punch list management and completion of close-out requirements/TOPs
• Gather scheduling information from Subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals
• Develop understanding of project budget and identify budget exposures
• Assist in management of change control systems and policies
• Monitor design content and coordinate revisions for constructability and compliance with documents, schedule, and budget
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance before submission to design professionals

• 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or related discipline
• travel readiness: approx. 25% or as project requires; potential client site deployment and safety compliance
• safety-sensitive field supervisory role
