Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end project execution from initiation to closing, making data-driven decisions to achieve scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets
• Build and lead high-performing global teams, delegating effectively and to deliver results
• Drive transparent communication and collaboration as the main project point of contact, enabling open discussion across technical and business stakeholders
• Manage project complexity, risk, and dependencies using Infineon project management tools to structure plans, track progress, and remove roadblocks
• Ensure quality and delivery excellence by monitoring deviations, steering corrective actions, and applying Infineon risk management methodology with timely approvals
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, aligning expectations, communicating project direction clearly, and negotiating agreements when priorities shift
• Promote constructive conflict resolution, addressing disagreements professionally and building alignment to keep the team focused on shared goals

Qualifications and Skills to Help You Succeed

• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Project Management with solid skills in project initiation, planning, execution, and closing
• Strong domain knowledge in digital IP memory and semiconductor engineering and operation
• IPMA D certification is required, with IPMA C as a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team setting
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential; with language certification as a plus
