Senior Project Manager (Cross Functional) (m/f/d)

As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and close initiatives within scope, time, and budget. You’ll coordinate cross-functional and external stakeholders and manage risks to deliver reliable outcomes. You’ll ensure thorough project documentation and contribute to continuous improvements and reporting. This role sits within our Research & Development hardware environment, offering exposure to international projects and cross-team collaboration. You will shape execution processes to drive on-time delivery and quality.

• Plan, execute, and close projects per deadlines, scope, and budget following the Process Life Cycle
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align objectives
• Manage project risks and issues to minimize impact
• Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate
• Contribute to process improvements and provide related reporting

• 3–5 years of project management experience in an international setup
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in English and German (C-level)
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
• Proficient in project management methodologies; PMP, IPMA or similar certification preferred
