Job Description
As part of our Oracle ERP practice, we are seeking experienced Project / Program Managers who can lead large-scale transformation programs, drive delivery excellence, and partner with clients in their digital journey.
Your role
In the role of Project / Program Manager, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle ERP (EBS) programs, from initiation through execution to successful deployment and stabilization. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, drive program governance, and ensure delivery commitments are met in terms of scope, timelines, cost, and quality. You will play a critical role in shaping program strategy, resolving complex delivery challenges, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle EBS implementation / rollout / transformation programs
- Define program roadmap, delivery strategy, release planning, and execution approach
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple tracks
- Ensure alignment with contractual commitments, SLAs, and quality standards
- Establish strong program governance including steering committees, status reviews, and reporting
- Interface with client leadership (CIO/Business Heads) and manage stakeholder expectations
- Drive decision‑making through structured governance forums and escalation management
- Provide oversight on solution design across Oracle EBS modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Ensure cross‑functional integration across Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Plan‑to‑Produce, Record‑to‑Report processes
- Review functional and technical design deliverables for completeness and quality
- Drive execution across phases – requirements, design, build, test, cutover, go‑live, hypercare
- Ensure timely completion of SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production readiness activities
- Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and delivery health (RAG status)
- Lead distributed global teams (onsite‑offshore model) across functional, technical, and integration tracks
- Provide direction, mentoring, and performance management for project teams
- Enable collaboration across internal teams and third‑party vendors
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues proactively
- Manage client escalations and drive resolution to closure
- Ensure robust contingency and mitigation planning
- Support change request management, contract adherence, and commercial negotiations
- Ensure adherence to Infosys delivery frameworks, quality processes, and audit requirements
- Drive documentation completeness across design, testing, cutover, and support artifacts
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience managing Oracle EBS programs / large ERP transformations
- Proven track record as a Project or Program Manager in global implementations
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules across Finance and Supply Chain domains
- Experience in managing multi‑track, multi‑country rollouts
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end enterprise processes: Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Plan‑to‑Produce, Record‑to‑Report
- Hands‑on experience with program governance frameworks, risk & issue management, budget and financial tracking
- Experience with integrations, data migration, and legacy system transitions
- Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing skills
- Experience working in onsite‑offshore delivery models
- Ability to manage high‑pressure delivery environments and escalations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Oracle tools and ecosystem (OCI, SOA integrations, reporting platforms)
- Familiarity with ALM tools (JIRA, Service Now, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Industry experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, or Automotive
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred
