Verantwortungsbereiche

End-to-end project leadership from problem framing to implementation planning
Drive transformations in core value chains including planning, S&OP, logistics, inventory, and network optimization
Engage senior leaders and sponsors with clear, fact-based communication and value orientation
Leverage AI-enabled tools for scenario modeling, analytics, and decision support to accelerate insights
Coach and develop consultants in modern methods, digital/AI capabilities, and BASF Winning Ways
Contribute to thought leadership by tracking trends and building scalable supply chain solutions

Zentrale Anforderungen

Several years of experience in supply chain consulting or transformation roles
Experience in CORE chemical, consumer care, or asset-intensive industries preferred
Expertise in supply chain strategy, planning, S&OP, cost optimization, inventory management, or logistics
Strong strategic mindset with hands-on, data-driven approach and experience leading teams
Exposure to advanced analytics, AI-supported planning, or digital supply chain solutions is a strong advantage
Excellent English; German skills and international work experience are a plus
