Project Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics for a premium automotive company (m/f/d)

In this role you drive cross-functional GSS+ initiatives across supply chain, logistics and operations to stabilize processes, build KPIs and reporting, and boost end-to-end transparency. You act as the central interface among logistics, procurement, planning, IT and external partners while steering service providers to improve cost, reliability and service levels. You will support digitalization efforts (including SAP-related processes) and lead stakeholder alignment to drive progress and compliance initiatives. • Drive cross-functional GSS+ initiatives across supply chain, logistics, and operations
• Stabilize and structure volatile supply chain processes and operations
• Set up and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures
• Act as central interface between logistics, procurement, planning, IT, and external partners
• Steer and support logistics service providers to improve cost, reliability, and service levels
• Identify inefficiencies and implement pragmatic process improvements and cost optimization measures
• Improve end-to-end transparency of processes, data, and performance
• Support and coordinate digitalization and IT/SAP-related process implementation
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive progress and decisions
• Support coordination of compliance (CTPAT) activities and their integration into operations

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Solid experience in supply chain, logistics, IT-related, or operations roles
• First experience in project management, coordination, or implementation environments
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, logistics, distribution)
• Experience or exposure to logistics service providers (3PL / 4PL) is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
• Experience in process optimization, KPI tracking, or operational improvement
• Affinity for IT systems, SAP processes, and data-driven decision-making
• Structured, analytical, and hands-on working style with a strong execution mindset
• Fluent in English and German
