What awaits you:

• Independent consulting and strategic development of our clients regarding CRM strategies, email marketing, marketing automation, and data-driven campaigns
• Holistic management of CRM projects – from kick‑off, conception, and implementation to continuous optimization of existing measures
• Client responsibility for a defined customer portfolio, including regular status and optimization meetings and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Conception, planning, and implementation of email communication, automations, and segment‑based customer journeys
• Analysis of customer needs and derivation of suitable CRM measures along the entire customer journey
• Performance analysis and reporting of CRM campaigns (e.g., open rates, clicks, conversions) including derivation of optimization measures
• Preparation, execution, and follow‑up of workshops and consulting appointments
• Active further development of our clients' CRM setups by identifying optimization potential, testing new approaches, and continuously improving processes, efficiency, and customer experience
• Ensuring documentation, testing, and quality assurance of new processes, workflows, and systems
• Budget and time responsibility for the projects supervised
• Support with onboarding new clients, including coordination with internal teams

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in CRM, email, or marketing automation environments, as well as in project management and project control
• Strong consulting and communication skills, as well as enjoyment in developing effective, data‑driven campaigns
• Very good understanding of online and email marketing, customer journeys, and performance metrics
• Structured, independent, and service‑oriented way of working
• Confident demeanor in client meetings, workshops, and presentations
• High team orientation, reliability, and openness to new tools, technologies, and ways of working
• Communication talent and very good German and English skills
