Senior Recruiting Consultant – Workday Success Plans

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring successful implementation of Workday's product solutions
• Provide implementation expertise to clients and configure Workday solutions
• Collaborate with the Workday Success Plans Team on customer programs
• Understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate decision making

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience with Talent, Learning or Recruiting on Workday or other systems
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.
• Workday Certification in Recruiting, Learning, and Talent preferred
• Ability to understand and explain Workday concepts
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred
• Fluency in German, French, Italian or Spanish at a business level.
