Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Architect solutions and provide best‑practice guidance on Salesforce architecture.
• Integrate Salesforce into existing system landscapes (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
• Perform data migrations, model efficient data structures, and build dashboards.
• Analyze and optimize CRM processes in sales and service.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
• Secure handling of integrations, data migration, and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured work approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Enjoy solving complex challenges in functional, practical solutions.
• Team spirit, customer orientation, and ability to drive projects independently.
• Very good German & English (spoken & written).

Nice to have

• Salesforce certification.
• Experience with additional Salesforce products.
