In this role you deliver technology‑driven consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem, shaping digital services and CRM solutions for a diverse client base. You’ll manage projects, design Salesforce-based processes, and act as a bridge between strategy, UX, and technical delivery. You may serve as Proxy Product Owner in agile settings, driving project momentum and ensuring Salesforce configurations meet client needs. This position sits at the crossroads of consulting, implementation, and customer journeys, offering impact on digital transformation initiatives.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Provide technology‑specific consulting in Salesforce and guide clients
Independently manage projects with a service‑oriented approach
Design processes and features for Salesforce‑enabled digital services
Act as Proxy Product Owner in agile projects to drive progress
Advise on operationalizing digital solutions across the Customer Journey in Salesforce
Bridge strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation to meet customer requirements in Salesforce

Zentrale Anforderungen

Solid expertise in Digital Sales and CRM using Salesforce
Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector
Strong background in requirements management
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly
Fluent German and English (C1+ levels)
Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and configurations
At least 6 years of relevant experience in the role
Experience sharing knowledge with others
Requirements engineering and business process analysis skills
Operational implementation support for Salesforce configurations to tailor solutions to customers
