Overview

In this role you will deliver technology-focused Salesforce consulting, guiding clients through the design and operationalization of digital solutions. You’ll manage projects with a service-oriented, customer-first approach and shape Salesforce-based processes and features within agile teams. You’ll bridge strategy, UX, and implementation to ensure customer requirements are translated into effective Salesforce solutions. Verantwortungsbereiche

Provide Salesforce-specific consulting and client guidance
Manage projects independently with a structured, service-oriented approach
Design processes and features for digital services/products in Salesforce
Act as Proxy Product Owner in agile projects to drive progress
Advise on operationalization of digital solutions across the Customer Journey in Salesforce
Interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation to align requirements with Salesforce solutions
Assist with Salesforce configurations and ensure solutions meet customer needs

Zentrale Anforderungen

Solid expertise in Digital Sales and CRM using Salesforce
Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector
Strong requirements management background
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent German and English (C1+)
Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and configurations
At least 6 years of relevant experience in the role
Willingness to share knowledge with others
Experience in requirements engineering and business process analysis
