Overview

In this role, you act as a Salesforce-focused consultant shaping digital sales and CRM initiatives for diverse clients. You work on designing Salesforce-based processes and features, guiding projects in agile settings, and ensuring requirements translate into effective solutions across the customer journey. You bridge strategy, UX, and technical delivery to deliver tailor-made Salesforce outcomes. The role combines client-facing advisory work with hands-on implementation in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Provide high-quality Salesforce-specific consulting and guidance to clients
Manage projects independently with a service-oriented approach
Design processes and features for digital services within the Salesforce ecosystem
Act as Proxy Product Owner in agile projects to drive progress
Advise on operationalization of digital solutions across the Customer Journey in Salesforce
Interface between strategy, UX, and technical implementation to align requirements with Salesforce solutions

Zentrale Anforderungen

Solid expertise in Digital Sales and CRM using Salesforce
Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector
Strong background in requirements management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent German and English (C1+ level)
Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and configuration options
At least 6 years of relevant experience in the role
Willingness to share knowledge and mentor others
Experience with requirements engineering and business process analysis
Ability to assist with operational Salesforce configurations
