Overview

As a Salesforce-focused consultant, you guide clients through digital sales and CRM initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem. You work on end-to-end project delivery, balancing strategy, UX, and technical implementation to translate client needs into effective Salesforce solutions. You may serve as Proxy Product Owner in agile settings, helping drive projects forward. You’ll contribute to operationalizing digital solutions across the Customer Journey, delivering measurable impact for Fortune 500, market leaders, and SMEs. This role blends client advisory with hands-on configuration in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Provide technology-specific Salesforce consulting and guidance to clients
Manage projects independently with a service-oriented, customer-focused approach
Design processes and features for digital services/products in Salesforce
Act as Proxy Product Owner in agile projects and drive project progress
Advise on operationalization of digital solutions across the Customer Journey in Salesforce
Interface strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation to align requirements with Salesforce solutions
Perform requirements engineering and business process analysis to improve processes
Assist with operational Salesforce configurations tailored to customer needs

Zentrale Anforderungen

Solid expertise in Digital Sales and CRM using Salesforce
Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector
Strong background in requirements management
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly
Fluent German and English (C1+) Strong analytical and abstract thinking abilities
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and configuration options
At least 6 years of relevant experience in the role
Willingness to share knowledge with others
