Senior Scaled Enablement Manager (m/w/d)

In this role you design and lead scalable customer enablement programmes that help customers adopt and realise value from Maltego products. You will build repeatable experiences across webinars, cohorts, workshops, and self-service content to drive product adoption at scale. You’ll shape how Maltego scales customer success and adoption as the business grows. You work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and measurable outcomes. • Own and design live, repeatable enablement motions that drive adoption and value realization
• Build and maintain a cohort and enablement roadmap aligned with customer needs and product priorities
• Develop scalable customer journeys for onboarding, adoption, expansion, and re-engagement
• Plan and deliver webinars, cohorts, workshops, office hours, and other one-to-many learning experiences
• Create and maintain high-quality enablement content (training materials, guides, playbooks, videos, knowledge base)
• Leverage AI and automation to improve programme design, content creation, and efficiency
• Analyze engagement and adoption data to identify trends and targeted interventions
• Measure programme effectiveness using feedback, usage insights, and business metrics
• Partner with Account Managers, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless experience
• Define scalable operating models, processes, and best practices for growing enablement

• Minimum 5 years in Customer Success, Enablement, Education, Programme Management, Product Adoption, Training, or similar SaaS role
• Experience designing and delivering scalable customer programmes (webinars, cohorts, workshops, etc.) in SaaS/tech
• Strong presentation, facilitation, writing, and content development skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
• Strong analytical skills translating insights into adoption strategies
• Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships
• Professional proficiency in English
