Your Responsibilities

• You will strategically advise and support our clients in the areas of SEO and GEO.
• You will develop and manage holistic SEO and GEO strategies – from Onpage, Offpage, and Technical SEO to Generative Engine Optimization.
• You will optimize our clients' performance for sustainable visibility in classic search engines, AI Overviews, and generative search systems, keeping an eye on relevant KPIs such as visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• You will strategically use AI tools to increase efficiency, scale content, and perform analysis, and optimize content for LLMs based on the E-E-A-T principle together with our Content Team.
• You will be responsible for Local SEO / GEO measures, conduct keyword, competitor, and potential analyses, and derive concrete recommendations for action from them.
• You will plan and manage Offpage measures as well as sustainable link-building strategies.
• You will monitor the success of your client projects, create reports, and present strategies and optimization potentials.
• You will work closely with our internal Content, Performance, and Development teams, as well as external cooperation agencies.
• You will actively support our sales team in client meetings, pitches, and the creation of audits and proposals.

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience in SEO – ideally from an agency background.
• You are proficient with common SEO tools such as SISTRIX, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
• You have experience using AI tools – particularly in the areas of content, automation, and data analysis.
• You have sound knowledge in Local SEO / GEO.
• You have a strong understanding of different industries, target groups, and business models.
• You impress with your communication skills and confident demeanor in direct client contact.
• You ideally have experience in presentations, pitches, or pre-sales.
• You are eager to actively participate in acquisition and win new clients for us.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
