Senior Software Engineer (Libra - Legal AI Assistant) m/w/d

Join us as a Senior Product Software Engineer and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, optimize application performance, and ensure delivery of high quality products that enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Lead technical solutions and contribute to software architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to define requirements and specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Develop and maintain APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools and best practices to improve development efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong software development and engineering background.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of APIs, relational databases, and source code management tools.
• Experience with testing methodologies and Agile environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in AI technologies and their application within software development.
