Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d): AI-Native Development

In this role you shape robust software that operates under hostile, high-volume conditions. You join an international, cross-functional team to design, build, and own features end-to-end, from backend to frontend. You will work with AI-assisted tooling to improve speed and quality while maintaining full accountability for shipping secure code. The role emphasizes system thinking, security-first practices, and continuous delivery in a collaborative culture.

• Own features end-to-end across backend and frontend in a cross-functional team
• Design and advocate architecture decisions for verticals with service-oriented backends
• Work AI-natively using AI coding agents while owning code quality and security
• Drive technical discussions and decisions with the team
• Push toward continuous delivery and improved tooling
• Write production-grade code resilient to hostile, high-volume traffic with built-in validation

• 5+ years of hands-on coding and engineering experience
• Deep expertise in at least one or two ecosystems; stack includes PHP/Symfony, React, GraphQL; edge languages include C, Rust, Python
• Strong problem-solving mindset with systems thinking; performance, portability, and maintenance focus
• Ability to explain language/runtime trade-offs and frontend decisions
• Fluency in English; Linux, CI/CD, and Docker familiarity
• Security-minded with input validation and reliability under load
• Experience with AI-assisted development and reviewing AI-written code
