Senior Principal Engineer Agentic Software Development (f/m/div)

In this role you will architect and lead a scalable agentic software solution enabling embedded code generation. You’ll shape the AI stack, verify agentic designs, and drive production-grade quality in generated software. You’ll represent the strategy to customers and steer the technical direction of the team, enabling performant and trustworthy embedded systems. This is a mission to advance decarbonization and digitalization through innovative, safe, and scalable software for next‑gen chips.

• Define architecture and lead development of an agentic harness for embedded system code generation
• Guide AI technology stack decisions for a scalable, market-adaptive solution
• Ensure verification strategy aligns with agentic design and operations principles
• Own production-grade quality in generated code
• Represent agentic software development strategy in customer interactions
• Set the technical direction of the agentic software development team

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• 10+ years in embedded systems development with technical leadership responsibilities
• Familiarity with ARM-Cortex-M and/or AURIX microcontrollers; strong firmware architecture and RTOS understanding
• Hands-on experience with agentic code generation and agentic verification in embedded systems
• Proven technical leadership across the full embedded R&D lifecycle
• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 standards
• Demonstrated ability to make and drive corporation-level technical decisions
