Principal Engineer Agentic Software Development and Verification (f/m/div)

In this role you design and implement verification for agentic workflows that produce production-grade embedded software. You will ensure autonomous agents deliver traceable, repeatable results and integrate simulations, tests, and regression into a continuous feedback loop. You’ll maintain CI/CD pipelines and reproducible build environments while collaborating with agent designers and internal users to maximize verification impact. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on robustness and automation to enable scalable agent-driven software.

• Design and implement verification for an agentic workflow solution that generates production-quality embedded software
• Ensure autonomous, self-correcting software agents produce traceable results with predictable, repeatable quality
• Integrate simulation, unit tests, target/HW tests, and regression suites into the workflow’s feedback loop and quality gates
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for agent-driven builds and test execution for both agents and generated code
• Maintain a reproducible, traceable build environment including artifact/version management and retention
• Define, operate, and monitor the deployment pipeline for agents and the agentic workflow solution in a continuous delivery model
• Partner with the agent design team and internal users to maximize verification effectiveness and outcomes

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in embedded software/firmware verification, validation, debugging, or system engineering
• Strong knowledge of verification methods across simulation, unit/integration testing, HIL/target testing, and regression testing
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for embedded software (e.g., GitLab CI)
• Solid scripting/coding skills for test automation (e.g., Python, Bash); working knowledge of Docker and Git
• Experience with reproducible builds, artifact management, and traceability
• Familiarity with agentic software generation and typical verification challenges (non-determinism, model drift, evaluation metrics)
