Senior Software Engineer (Python) (m/f/d)

As a Software Engineer in a cross‑functional product team, you will design and develop applications in our stack (Python, REST API, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, React, Node.js/TypeScript) hosted on AWS. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Designers and the Scrum Master to deliver high‑quality features that boost customers’ daily productivity. You’ll build scalable, reliable solutions and contribute ideas to improve product and developer experience. This role offers impact through shaping the platform and adopting AI‑assisted workflows to create value for property managers and tenants.

• Plan, architect and develop applications within the team’s tech stack
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers & Scrum Master to deliver features
• Work closely with fellow developers to ensure scalable, reliable solutions
• Contribute ideas to improve product and developer experience
• Balance backend and frontend work with backend as primary strength
• Maintain high code quality and efficiency

• Strong Python experience (backend focus)
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js and React
• Experience building cloud applications on AWS
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Flask, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker
• Familiarity with Git/GitLab workflows and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
