Senior Solution Consultant CPG / Manufacturing

In this role you lead strategic supply chain engagements, shaping tailored optimization solutions for customers using RELEX’s cloud platform. You work with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable implementations, driving value and customer profitability. You mentor colleagues while guiding complex deployments and continuous improvement. The role combines technical solution design, stakeholder influence, and hands-on integration at scale, aligned with a people-centric, autonomous culture.

• Lead customer engagements to define objectives and translate them into strategic planning solutions
• Architect and deliver tailored supply chain solutions through cross-functional collaboration
• Own end-to-end product integration with clients’ systems for scalability and longevity
• Oversee testing and quality assurance to meet high standards
• Serve as trusted advisor to maximize product value and champion continuous improvement
• Provide senior-level support for critical incidents and drive value-driven initiatives
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to raise team capability

• Academic background in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics)
• Extensive experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation (SaaS/ERP/Planning)
• Deep expertise in manufacturing operations and planning/scheduling at scale
• Advanced data analytics, critical thinking, problem-solving; strong SQL proficiency
• Proven track record leading complex implementations, including testing, QA, training, and user adoption
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence at all levels
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
