Solution Consultant CPG / Manufacturing

In this role you help customers optimize their supply chains by designing tailored, value-driven solutions that integrate with existing systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand objectives, validate designs, and drive adoption. You will guide testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements, enabling clients to maximize the platform’s impact. • Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and planning needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design tailored supply chain solutions that improve profitability
• Ensure seamless product integration with clients' systems and processes
• Lead rigorous testing to meet specifications and quality standards
• Guide customers in maximizing product value and capabilities
• Provide ongoing support for incident resolution and continuous improvements through value-driven development

• Relevant academic background (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields)
• Several years of professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally SaaS or ERP/Planning systems
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations with an understanding of planning and scheduling challenges
• Proven data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with SQL
• Demonstrated ability to lead testing, quality assurance, training, or user adoption activities with customers
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience collaborating across teams
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
• Fluency in English and German
