Senior Solutions Consultant - Agentic AI

In this role you help shape AI strategy for enterprise customers by articulating the value of Agentic and AI capabilities. You act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through pre-sales workshops and defining their future state with AI. You will influence product direction by relaying market needs to the Product Management team. You work within the Presales Team to align solutions with customer goals and scale AI adoption, leveraging your technical and presentation strengths. This is a Europe-based, remote role with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and impactful customer outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams to demonstrate how Agentic transforms work
• Evangelize Agentic and AI capabilities with Sales AEs, Solution Architects, and related functions
• Educate audiences on AI and Generative AI concepts across business and technical roles
• Architect/build AI blueprint solutions and assist with technical discovery for prospects
• Create and deliver custom product demos and AI use cases
• Support solution accounts with technical workshops and POCs, remotely or on-site
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with functional and technical input
• Gather field feedback to influence product roadmap and engineering work
• Support Marketing with developer-focused content and events
• Stay current on AI/ML advancements and integrate learnings into development projects

• 8+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPass organization
• Bachelor in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent hands-on AI experience
• Proven AI engineer with portfolio of ML/AI projects
• Familiarity with LLMs and chat-based AI applications
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and related modern techniques
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and Anthropic APIs
• Experience with iPaaS, middleware, APIs, SOA/ESB/BPM, SDKs, and databases
• Proficiency in Python or object-oriented programming
• Excellent presentation and communication skills across technical and business audiences
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours
