Senior Solutions Consultant

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at New Relic, you own high-value technical evaluations and shape the win for major enterprise accounts in the DACH and EE region. You partner with Sales to drive revenue, architect tailored PoVs/PoCs, and guide cross-functional teams to align customer objectives with our Intelligent Observability platform. You’ll evangelize product capabilities while feeding field feedback to product and engineering. This role combines deep technical insight with commercial acumen to unlock significant platform value for global brands.

• Secure the technical win by partnering with Sales to drive opportunities and expand Azure Consumption Revenue footprint in strategic accounts
• Lead technical discovery, deliver PoV/PoC presentations, run architectural workshops, and craft responses to RFX/RFIs
• Build long-term, trusted relationships by understanding customer objectives and technical landscapes
• Evangelize new product capabilities and relay field feedback to product and engineering
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Partner teams, and Customer Success to navigate enterprise complexity

• Enterprise Pre-Sales Mastery: proven track record leading large, complex pre-sales engagements
• Modern Cloud Expertise: hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, microservices, SRE, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Full-Stack Technological Breadth: understanding across user experience, cloud apps, infrastructure, networks, data, and security
