As Senior Specialist Group Project Controlling for the TRATON Modular System 1 (TMS1) program, you act as the financial lead driving profitable, data-driven decisions across the TRATON group. You will challenge assumptions, deliver sharp financial insights, and collaborate with cross-functional and international partners to strengthen accountability. Your work informs senior leadership through robust business cases and financial materials for key decision forums. This role offers a meaningful chance to shape the financial success of a major program within a global mobility group.

- Prepare financial materials for decision-making forums across TRATON Group
- Manage ad-hoc inquiries and perform complex analyses related to TMS1 and portfolio
- Identify risks and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and international stakeholders across the TRATON network
- 5+ years in financial controlling, business analysis, project controlling or similar analytical role
- Master’s degree in business or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong system proficiency with SAP, Power BI, and other data tools (C-place)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels
- Comfort in large cross-functional networks and executive/Top-management forums
- Fluent in English; German a plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment with collaborative mindset
