Senior Specialist Sales Controlling (m/f/d)

In this role you will steer financial performance for the Exyte Sales organization within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will translate data into actionable insights, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and governance. You’ll own management reporting, planning support, and advanced analytics to enable informed decisions. • Prepare monthly management reporting (financial statements, pipeline reports, KPI dashboards) using Tagetik, SAP, Salesforce and BI tools
• Support data extraction, validation, and quality assurance to enhance transparency and data reliability
• Analyze performance, cost structures and variances across projects and business lines
• Assist planning and forecasting cycles including budgets and strategic plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of planning inputs
• Improve controlling processes, reduce manual effort, and optimize data flows
• Support automation initiatives and the implementation of new tools
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting for senior management and Global Sales

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in international industrial companies
• Strong MS Office skills, including Power BI and Copilot
• Experience with reporting tools (Tagetik, Lucanet, Hyperion or similar)
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a strong plus
• Business fluent English (C-level proficiency)
