Senior Staff Specialist Full Stack Tech Lead (f/m/div)

In this role you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of ASP.NET Core web apps with Unity 3D components, shaping the technical roadmap and standards. You will drive hands-on full-stack development, mentor a distributed team, and align with product, UX, and QA to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions. You’ll partner with platform teams and own API design, documentation, and runbooks, contributing to decarbonization and digitalization goals at Infineon.

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of ASP.NET Core web apps with Unity 3D components
• Drive full-stack development including Blazor frontends, REST APIs, data ingestion pipelines, and CAD data processing
• Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD, branching, testing, and release practices
• Design and maintain integrations with internal platforms and third-party APIs, defining API contracts and versioning
• Mentor a distributed team of external/third-party developers, enforce architectural guidelines and security controls
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX, and QA to align on scope, priorities, and timelines
• Own technical documentation, API specs, onboarding guides, and runbooks

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 1+ year in a technical lead role
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Deep expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, and Blazor; working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, and component libraries
• Strong database design and optimization with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and API connectivity; API contract design and versioning; secure auth patterns
• Hands-on Unity development for 3D visualization; data ingestion pipelines; CI/CD with container-based infrastructure (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
