Senior Talent Marketing Manager (All Genders)

In this role you will own zooplus's talent attraction ecosystem across Europe, turning awareness into hires. You will manage the careers site, CRM, candidate journeys and activation, linking marketing activity to hiring outcomes. You’ll partner with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and cross-functional execution. This is a product-owner style role focused on scalable experiences that attract senior talent and accelerate growth. • Own the talent attraction funnel from awareness to application and optimize performance dashboards
• Define and monitor measurement framework; connect marketing activity to quality of hires and source effectiveness
• Own careers site roadmap, governance and optimisation; improve candidate journeys (UX, SEO, accessibility, conversion)
• Build and manage talent community and CRM programmes; develop scalable nurture journeys for priority segments
• Translate hiring priorities into audience-focused strategies; manage channel performance (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, kununu)
• Lead cross-functional projects from idea to implementation; manage agencies and technology partners; collaborate with Tech, Data, Legal and Privacy teams
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging tech to improve candidate experience and efficiency

• 5+ years in talent attraction, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related fields
• Experience in international or multi-market environments
• Master in Marketing or related field
• Ownership experience for a website, CMS, platform or digital customer journey
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation or audience engagement programmes
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to translate data into action
• Excellent project and stakeholder management; experience influencing senior leaders
• Understanding of SEO/GEO, conversion rate optimisation, UX, A/B testing and GDPR
• Strong AI literacy and responsible adoption mindset
• Excellent English; German language skills desirable
