Senior Tax Manager / Tax Director (REMOTE)$165K-$215K Base + BonusWe're partnering with several growing CPA firms that are looking to add experienced Tax Leaders to their teams.These opportunities are ideal for Senior Managers, Directors, and experienced Tax Managers who enjoy serving as trusted advisors to clients while also helping lead and develop high-performing tax teams.While each firm is different, the common theme is a strong emphasis on technical tax expertise, client relationships, and leadership. These are not roles where you'll spend your days buried solely in preparation work. Instead, you'll serve as a key resource for both clients and staff while helping drive the overall success of the tax practice.What You'll Be DoingReview complex individual, partnership, S-Corporation, and corporate tax returnsProvide tax planning and consulting services to closely held businesses and high-net-worth individualsServe as a trusted advisor to business owners on tax strategy and planning opportunitiesMentor and develop Tax Seniors, Supervisors, and ManagersAssist with complex technical research and resolution of tax issuesSupport client relationship management and help maintain a high level of client serviceCollaborate with firm leadership on departmental initiatives and growth objectivesWhat We're Looking For8-12 years of public accounting tax experienceStrong technical background in flow-through entities and individual taxationPrior experience reviewing returns and managing client engagementsExperience leading or mentoring staff within a public accounting environmentCPA preferredStrong communication and client-facing skillsAbility to thrive in a fully remote environmentCompensation & Benefits$165K-$215K base salary depending on experiencePerformance bonus opportunitiesFully remote work environmentFlexible PTOLeadership growth opportunitiesExposure to sophisticated tax planning and advisory workIf you're a Tax Manager, Senior Manager, or Director who enjoys combining technical tax expertise with client advisory and team leadership responsibilities, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
