Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of up to two Technical Project Managers
• Drive internal teams to onboard customers on schedule
• Manage stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are scoped and delivered on time
• Communicate with internal and external executives regarding project status
• Own customer communications to ensure expectations are managed
• Contribute to improvements in operational processes and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of software product/ project/ client management experience
• Experience working on large, complex technology integration projects
• Strong project manager with experience in a fast-paced, tech environment
• Ability to work across time zones and with offshore teams
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred
