Senior Value Engineer - CPG/Retail

As a Senior Value Engineer, you guide customers through the value journey of Celonis Process Intelligence, translating objectives into measurable value and crafting business cases and demos. You collaborate with Sales, Services, and partners to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal, delivering value-driven outcomes for senior stakeholders. Your work accelerates data‑driven transformation across industries. This role puts you at the forefront of scalable process optimization and enterprise transformation.

• Identify and frame customer value by translating strategic priorities into high‑impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win new customers
• Conduct value assessments or PoV projects and communicate the value roadmap to C‑level executives
• Facilitate value workshops and use Celonis to qualify process improvement opportunities
• Derive improvement actions and drive enterprise‑wide change initiatives
• Present realized value to senior management and executives
• Own the end‑to‑end value journey: landing, expanding, adopting, renewing
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide product feedback to enhance Celonis platform based on new use cases

• Experience in an analytical, value-focused role in a customer-facing environment (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT/Management Consulting)
• Knowledge of Business Software / SaaS (e.g., SAP); experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards, apps, and action flows
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL; ability to collaborate with IT teams
• Experience identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures
• Project management experience across multiple accounts and value journey stages
• Executive stakeholder management and strong presentation skills
• Business domain expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain; industry transformation experience
• Industry exposure in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals; ability to understand industry trends
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, CS, Math, Economics or equivalent
• German language proficiency at native or near-native level
