Senior Value Engineer - Manufacturing/Production

As Senior Value Engineer, you guide customers through the end-to-end value journey using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You translate strategic priorities into high-impact use cases, build compelling business cases and demos, and lead value workshops with senior stakeholders. Your work accelerates adoption, expansion, and renewals while shaping how organizations realize measurable business impact. This role blends process expertise, consulting rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to drive AI-driven transformation at scale.

• Identify and frame customer value by translating strategic priorities into Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win new customers
• Conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects and communicate roadmap to C-level
• Lead value workshops and qualify opportunities for process improvement
• Propose improvement measures across core business functions and drive enterprise-wide change
• Present realized value to senior management and executives
• Manage end-to-end value journey: landing, expanding, adopting, renewing
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform

• Experience in a customer-facing analytical role focused on value realization or data-driven improvement
• Knowledge of business software / SaaS (e.g., SAP); experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards/apps
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL; ability to collaborate with IT
• Experience in identifying use cases, deploying improvement measures, and training users
• Project management: planning, scope, timelines across multiple accounts
• Executive stakeholder management and strong communication/presentation skills
• Business domain expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain; industry transformation experience
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals is a plus
