Senior Workday HRIS Analyst / Team Lead (m/f/d)

Join Vishay as a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst / Team Lead to drive global Workday solutions. You will lead rollout and optimization of Core HCM and advanced modules, shaping compensation, job architecture, and reporting across regions. You’ll partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and COEs to design scalable, compliant systems and enable user adoption. You’ll pioneer HR technology innovations, including AI-driven insights, while staying current with Workday releases. • Lead rollout and enhancement of Workday modules, focusing on Advanced Compensation, Job Architecture, salary benchmarking, merit planning, bonus programs, pay ranges, and reporting
• Serve as a Functional Expert across Workday Core HCM - Compensation and at least one additional module (e.g., Talent & Performance, Reporting & Analytics, Journeys, Adaptive Planning, Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management)
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver business value
• Leverage consulting skills to integrate Workday functionalities into the business ecosystem and ensure achieved results
• Drive Workday innovation, AI capabilities, and digital transformation to improve employee experience and HR efficiency
• Lead workshops, trainings, and stakeholder discussions; develop documentation and best practices for adoption
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for reliable operation
• Collaborate on integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party apps
• Stay updated with Workday releases and industry trends and propose relevant enhancements

• 4+ years of end-to-end Workday implementation/AMS/rollout experience for global clients (AMER/EU/APAC)
• Strong knowledge of Core HCM localization and regulatory requirements across multiple regions
• Experience leading or supporting Workday Core HCM workshops
• Hands-on Workday HCM & Compensation experience; certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Experience with Workday Advanced Modules (Talent & Performance, Reporting & Analytics, Journeys, Help, Adaptive Planning, Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management)
• English proficiency; additional European languages are a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Ability to gather requirements, design configurations, and translate business needs into Workday setups
