Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and client‑focused Service Delivery Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of services to our clients, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). You will play a key role in driving process improvements, managing client relationships, and supporting cross‑functional teams across our European operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the delivery of all customer services, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and SLAs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery, performance, and escalations
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Procurement, and Sales, to ensure seamless service execution and issue resolution
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, and customer feedback
• Oversee handover delivery for new clients and ensure the nLighten Customer Asset Database is accurate and synchronized with other financial tools
• Develop and implement service delivery processes, standards, and best practices in coordination with SDMs in other regions
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in data centers or industries with critical mechanical/electrical systems (e.g., Oil & Gas, offshore, maritime, or high‑risk environments)
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyse and troubleshoot operational and technical issues
• Experience in customer management, activity planning, and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Fluency in English and German is required
